All-risks coverage is placed under ICC Institute Cargo Clauses (A) on a full warehouse-to-warehouse basis.

Insurance attaches when the cargo first moves from the named origin warehouse for immediate transit to the destination.

Termination
Coverage terminates upon final delivery to the destination warehouse or at earlier incorporated termination points.

Cold-Chain Failure, Refrigeration Deviation, and Temperature Endorsements Policy
The Refrigeration Deviation Endorsement provides specific coverage for deterioration directly caused by cold-chain failure, reefer malfunction, or covered temperature excursion, evidenced by independent data logger records and carrier reefer logs.

Institute War, Strikes, and Terrorism Clauses Governing Policy Coverage Scope
The Policy incorporates Institute War Clauses CL 257, Institute Strikes Clauses CL 256, and Termination of Transit Clause JC 2001/056, with the Sanctions Limitation Clause defining the outer coverage perimeter.

Organoleptic Deterioration, Quality Impairment, & 90-Day Threshold Endorsement Coverage
Organoleptic, Quality Impairment, and 90-Day Threshold Endorsements extend coverage to odor contamination, specification failure, and shelf-life breaches attributable to covered transit perils, subject to independent survey and laboratory evidence confirmation.

Sum insured reflects the gross CIF cargo value, net of applicable deductible.

No mandate executes absent delivery of a confirmed, underwriter-issued Coverage Confirmation Package.
